Choose the following: 1) "Action:" 2) "Some kind of network..." 3) "Access Codes, X, Y, Z" 4) "List other Stations" 5) "[more]" 6) "Everything is shut down except for the ENCLAVE..." Dialogue ensues. You can say anything you want to the guy, even talk him out of attacking if your Speech is high enough.

- Father Tully's Chapel: steal or donate to the Poor Box, but only once.
- Father Tully's Chapel: If he's passed out drunk in the back, Rest for an hour at a time and he'll eventually wake up.

- Father Tully's Chapel: Ask Father Tully about the Abbey. Ask him about *all* of the Families. Ask him about Orville Wright.
- Chris Wright: Richard's murder quest. Finger the correct murder.
- Orville Wright: quest to Sierra Depot.
- Murder Orville Wright: Give any loaded pistol to any of the children running around the Wright's house.
- Become a Porn Star. (note that Mrs. Wright will no longer talk to you)
- Become a Prizefighter.
- Shark Club: Loot the pool table on the 2nd Floor for the Magic 8 Ball. Use it to unlock some secrets.
- Mr. Bishop: Give Moore's Briefcase to him.
- Male player characters only: sleep with the daughter, Angela, first.
- Sleep with Mrs. Bishop with no Jimmy Hat in inventory. Pillow talk Traps and Repair Mr. Bishop's safe. Sneak past Mr. Bishop downstairs. Wait 10 minutes. Loot Mr. Bishop's safe for a Cat's Paw Magazine, a map to the Raiders, and Bishop's Holodisk.
- Little Jesus Mordino: Knife in your active slot, Melee Weapons training.
- Little Jesus: intro to his dad.
- Big Jesus: deliver a package quest. You'll be instantly teleported there.
- The Stables
- Package quest: deliver to man in metal armor. Don't open it.
- Injured Brahmin: Use Doctor on him.
- Myron: Speech or kill guards.
- Myron: ask him how he made Jet, and about a cure for Jet Addiction.
- Myron: Recruit him.
- Loot a Cat's Paw Magazine from a shelf in the room south of Myron.
- New Reno
- Big Jesus Mordino: leave Myron outside, because if Big Jesus sees him, all of his men will open fire on you.
- Big Jesus: Collect tribute from the Porn Studio.
- Big Jesus: Accept the mission to kill Salvatore, but do not do this yet.
- Assassinate Big Jesus: Use a Jet, Psycho, Buffout or Nuka-Cola on him. Go downstairs and Wait for an hour.
- Salvatore: first quset. Ask Mason about the dealer downstairs.
- Desperado basement: Loot the Poison Tank.
- Desperado basement: Have Lenny in your Party. Lloyd will teleport you to Golgotha
- Golgotha
- Force LLoyd to do all the work. Drop the landmine down on him. Loot the money from the footlocker.
- Grave in the southwest section, marked as "Here lies the dumbest son of a bitch ever to set foot in New Reno." Dig it up.
- Grave in the east section, the only cross facing southeast, marked "Trash." Use it to get some money.
- New Reno
- Salvatore: give him the full amount.
- Salvatore: get second mission, then Loot the Laser Pistol from the footlocker in Salvatore's room.
- Renesco: you'll have to pay for him.
- Eldrige at New Reno Arms: Don't have him upgrade anything yet. Give him the Laser Pistol that you just stole.
- Salvatore: give him the proper amount.
- Salvatore: Final mission, stay perfectly still until you're told that you can go.
- Assassinate Mr. Salvatore. Don't talk to him. Steal his Oxygen Tank, or replace it with the Poison Tank, then leave before he suffocates.
- Environment Protection Agency (EPA)
- Be sure to leave at least one Spore Plant alive for now.
- Loot the Metal Pole.
- Attach a Rope to the open shaft on the right, and climb down.
- Jam the Metal Pole in the middle fan on the north side, then go through.
- W4: Use a computer and run a diagnostic to figure out what's wrong with it, then Repair it.
- Holograms: Agree to kill all the Spore Plants and fix another computer.
- W5: Use the computer making the "beep" and "boop" noises. Run the diagnostic to solve the problem, then Repair it.
- Hologram: Talk to it. Repair the tape machine. Talk to it again. Pick up the Solar Scorcher from a nearby locker.
- W6: try to open one of the locked doors.
- Talk to the Toaster then Repair it. Talk to it again.
- W4: Power Armor hologram will give you the Security Room Key Card.
- Female hologram: qust to turn on the lights.
- Utility Level: Loot Junk, Use it on noisy Generator.
- Surface: kill the remaining plants with the Solar Scorcher. Reload it during daylight.
- W4: turn in quests to holograms.
- W6: open the door just south of the elevator with the password "Abre."
- W6: Use the southernmost computer in this room to find a cure for epilepsy. Keep searching more times for a secret message.
- E4: Talk to Hologram. Repair the flashing red column. Talk to Hologram again.
- E5. Loot the Gas Mask from the small hallway in the middle of the map with two doors. Equip the Gas Mask in your active item slot. Manipulate the two vents along the east wall behind the computer to unclog them.
- Chemie: make Heart Pills. Pick them up from the ground just east of the computer console, and Use them on Cassidy.
- Secret Level: Kill the Wanamingoes.
- Repair the computer next to the force field.
- Try to release a subject, but don't.
- E5: Use Chemie to create some ERSI.
- Secret Level: Release a subject to join your Party.
- E6: Access the computer files on Botany and Crop Rotation. Download the information to a holodisk. Keep one Experimental Seed.
- Use the consoles to lower forcefields and kill everything.
- Raider Camp
- Sneak around the corner and Talk to across Shadow-Who-Walks. Convince him to stop working for the Raiders. Exit out to the World Map and return, and the Raiders will have left.
- Or kill everyone.
- Loot three Dog Tags: Angel's, Blondie's, and Tuco's.
- Loot the safe in a northern alcove, using the option that makes use of the numbers on the dogtags. Take the Account Book and the Cat's Paw Magazine.
- Exit west. Disarm some Traps.
- Fall down a hole and kill all the critters.
- Vault City
- First Citizen Lynette: turn in Raiders quest, get Bishop's Holodisk quest.
- Vault: if you haven't already, talk to Myron about how he made Jet, and possible cures for it. Leave him here.
- Dr. Troy: cure Jet addiction. Keep the 2 Jet Antidotes.
- Abbey
- Samuel's quest near the graveyard.
- Dave's quest around the backside of the Abbey.
- Jason's quest to format the computer. Convince him to leave. Teleport with him.
- Vault City
- Harry in Courtyard: get Pump Parts.

- Matthew: intro to the Abbot.

- Use the Howitzer Shell on the big gun to the east.
- Don't go down the manhole to turn off the power.
- Level 1: loot the Password Paper from the desk to the left of the entrance. Use the nearby computer and input the password.
- All Holodisks in the Depot are strictly lore.
- Loot a Robot Motivator from any robot you kill.
- Loot the Yellow Memory Module.
- Loot Clifton's Eye.
- Punching bags: Unarmed training.
- Level 2: the computer in the southeast can be hacked to disable force fields and shock plates on this level. Save the email titled "Personal Greetings" for last, because it'll melt down the computer.
- The desk next to this computer contains a Cat's Paw Magazine.
- Lockpick the door to the west to get to a lift that goes to all four Levels.
- Alarm Computer: Science it, choose the diagnostic option, then opt not to run the test.
- Level 3: In the northeast corner, Loot Clifton's Eye.
- Skynet: Agree to help it leave.
- Level 4: Use the Automated Biological Storage Computer. Choose Cadavers, then Private Dobbs first.
- Release the virus. This starts a 4-minute countdown.
- Pick a brain. Your Science Skill determies the quality of brains available to you, with the best being Cybernetic.
- Level 3. Find the empty cyberbrain robot, Use the Motivator, then the Bio-Med Gel, then the Brain. Access the computer to activate the bot, then talk to it to recruit it.
- Redding
- Sheriff Marion: first quest, the Widow Rooney.
- Sheriff Marion: second quest, break up an impending bar fight.
- Sheriff Marion: third quest, find who cut up the whore.
- Sheriff Marion: last quest, kill Frog Morton.
- Mayor Ascorti: buy his Deed to the mine.
- Male player characters only: Cure or overdose Fannie Mae.
- "Painless" Doc Johnson: give him a Jet Antidote.
- Excavator Chip quest from either Dan McGrew of the Morningstar Mine or Marge LeBarge of the Kokoweef Mine.
- Clear out the mine and all attached tunnels.
- Loot the Excavator Chip from the machine in the middle of the first mine map.
- Give the Excavator Chip to your favorite mine owner.
- Mayor Ascorti: Sell the Deed back.

- Doofus: Pay him if you have stuff in your Car's trunk, otherwise he'll steal it.
- Ratch the junk dealer: Buy the Blower for your Car.
- Merk: will sell you a map to Vault 13, but it's fake. Don't ask him for a job.
- Vortis the slaver: quest to get the Ranger's Map.
- Dorothy: quest to save the generator. The peaceful dialog path is 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 2.
- Ranger Buliding: Loot the Ranger Map from the table in the garage. Use it from your inventory.
- Ranger Elsie: quest to kill slavers and set slaves free.
Manipulate red panels to open slave cages.
- Duppo: Caravan drives to Redding. Rest until 0800, then meet the driver to the west, just outside the gate.
- Hubologist: convince her you're already one of the enlightened, then that you're at "Transcendency." Quest to deliver a Letter.
- Hubologist: Zeta Scan can raise or lower your LK.
- Dusty's Cantina: Fistfight Hoss. Get Beer as a reward from the barkeep.
- Sheriff Dumont: ask about jobs.
- Westin: give him Lynette's Holodisk. Agree to his quest. Talk to him again to get his job.
- Felix: talk to him to be teleported to the herd. Wait for two Deathclaws to appear and converse. When they leave, you can leave. Don't follow them.
- Vault City
- Stark: You scouted out NCR. Get his next quest.
- Lynette: Talk about Westin.
- Randall in the Amenities Office: reward from Lynette.

- Don't kill Molerats.
- Connar: quest to make peace.
- Connar: Ask where the molerats came from. He'll give you a Talisman.

- If, for some reason, you don't have the location of this place yet: At Westin's Ranch, give Salt-Beef Bob a Beer or some other form of alcohol. Buy the painting from Doc Jubilee. Steal the money back.

- Level 3: Use the Voice Module on the Overseer computer.
- Loot the lockers to find the NavCom Parts.
- Gruthar: reward is the G.E.C.K..
- Goris: recruit him.

- Hakunin: Talk to him.

- Kill the wolves.
- Attach the Metal Pole to mine cart. Attach some Dynamite to the pole. Push the cart.
- Level 2: Loot the Power Armor.

- If you wait to attack the mutants, you can watch two of them to the east exchange floating text about a recipe for Rat Surprise.

- Boxing Ring: Stop and watch the two men talking in the ring, until the screen flashes and they disappear. (Otherwise there's a bug later that prevents you from participating in a particular quest line.)

- Chris: Speech or kill him quickly.
- Leave all your Party Members here at the Gas Station.
- Drill Sergeant Dornan: Don't move until he talks to you and then leaves around the corner.
- Underground: Loot the lockers to the northwest for an Advanced Power Armor and a Blue Memory Module.
- Surface:Technicians next to Dornan's Ofice: Where to get the Vertibird plans and the K-9 parts.
- Cookie the cook: Ask about everything. Learn about the Fob
- Quincy: Loot his lockers for the Vertibird Plans.
- Raul: Tell him to go see Quincy. Loot his containers for the K-9 Motivator and a Cat's Paw Magazine.
- Underground: C.O.'s guard: Speech to get past.
- Loot the Tanker Fob from the locker next to the Commander.
- 0Mainframe: password is "Snookie." Get coordinates for the Enclave main base.
- Dr. Schreber: Volunteer to kill the deathclaw, then kill the doctor.
- Robotic dog: Recruit by Using the K-9 Motivator on it.
- Loot the Blue Pass Key and the Cat's Paw Magazine from the Doctor's office.
- Guard to the south: you're here on the Doctor's orders.
- Xorn: Tell him he can leave. Use the Blue Pass Key on the locked door. Follow him out.

- Matthew: he'll copy the Vertibird Plans.
- Dr. Fung: Mention that you know Doc Holiday.
- Lo Pan and The Dragon: initiation fights.
- Challenge Lo Pan on behalf of The Dragon for the peaceful ending.

- Badger: save Suzie. Talk to her then walk over to the stairs with her.
- Use the Tanker Fob on the console next to the locked door in the Hold. Up the ladder, Use the NavComm Parts on a computer there.

- Hubologist Base: Downstairs, tell AHS-7, the guy in the grey robe, that you have a Letter for AHS-9. Don't ever talk to AHS-7 again.
- AHS-9: Give him the Enlightened One's Letter.
- Juan Cruz and Vikki Goldman: for the lulz.

- Shi Temple: Dr. Jing: As a reward, ask him to transfer Fuel to the Tanker now.

- Hubologist Base: Use 20 Super Stimpaks on AHS-9, then Wait an hour.
Be careful not to Talk to him, as you'll be forced into combat immediately afterwards.
- Crocket: Science the computer to his left, Access Finances section. Format the hard drive.
- Loot the fridge next to the computer room for the Decomposing Body.

- Kill everyone and loot everything.
- San Francisco
- Shi Temple: Hand in the Decomposing Body to Dr. Wong.
- Ken Lee: access to the Emperor.
- Emperor: to put yourself on the list of approved technicians, and download the list of passwords to your PipBoy.
- Docks: Man next to forklift, Speech him to move on with his life.
- Shi Guard: Password or kill him.
- Submarine, the click-area for the hatch is quite small.
- Disable the sumbarine.
- Click the top of the ladder to go back to town.
- Leave Party Members on the Dock in San Francisco.
- Equip some sort of Power Armor, have about 150 Stimpaks.
- Tanker: Use the bridge computer to leave.
- The Enclave
- Entry Hall: take the stairs to the south.
- Detention Cells: Talk to both your Elder and Martin Frobisher.
- Access Corridor: Use the computers in this order to open all the doors at once: 2, 1, 2, 3, 3, 8, 9.
- Use a Tool on the loose cable in room 9 to shut off the intermittent electrical current that's running through the floor and shocking you all the time.
- Loot the G.E.C.K. from a locker in the east room.
- Use Repair Skill on all of the computers until you find the random one that gives you an item.
- Presidential Area: Vice President Bird for the lulz.
- President Richardson: No matter what you say, he won't be swayed to put down his evil ways.
- Kill President Richardson: Use 20 Super Stimpaks on him. Wait an hour. Or close the doors and just shot him in one combat round. Loot the Presidential Pass Key.
- Dr. Charles Curling: Talk to him twice. Convince him to release poison into the vents.
- Reactor: Drop any type of Explosives with the timer engaged in front of the middle computer in the northeast room, run outside the room, wait for them to go off.
- Entry Hall: Convince some soldiers here to help you kill the final boss.
- Before combat starts, use the Presidential Pass Key on the computer in the south of the room.
- Use the Mutated Toe on the boss once the fighting starts.
- Post Credits Activities
- When you leave San Francisco, you'll get a Special Encounter with a bunch of Star Wars figures standing around. These are avatars for the developers of the Restoration Project.
- Get a Hintbook from Father Tully in New Reno. using it just grants some XP.
- Make a movie at the Golden Globe in New Reno.
- Hand in your Cat's Paw Magazines if you haven't already, and then date Miss Kitty in New Reno.
- In Vault City's Vault, Use the computer on Level Three that's talking, and insert your PipBoy. It'll download some developer notes, and tell you to Use the computer in the northwest corner, which will give you 20,000 XP and will max out all of your Skills.
- Talk to Lynette in Vault City.
- Talk to everyone in New Reno and Vault City to get some great new dialog. If you didn't use the Mutated Toe on Frank Horrigan, everyone will tell that you should have.
- Wander the wastes looking for special encounters you didn't find before.
